Broadband WiFi Internet access is available and a woman comes to clean once a week.The apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day due to its location on a quiet 4th floor.
Located in the area of Plaza Italia, in the Palermo Soho neighborhood, the address is Gurruchaga 2351 (between Guemes and Charcas streets). It’s a safe neighborhood (a police station one block and a half away) and a convenient location in town, because it’s only a 3-minute walk to the grand Avenue Santa Fe and the Plaza Italia subway station (the “D” line to downtown). There are also plenty of buses and taxicabs that can take you anywhere in the city. Palermo Soho itself is home to a large number of restaurants of all kinds, unique shopping opportunities (chic clothing boutiques, home furnishings, hand-crafted articles, etc.), cafes, nightclubs and parks.
